Jessica Pacchione

Jessica Pacchione has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jessica started their career as a Graduate Assistant at the College of Education at East Carolina University, where they managed college courses and contributed to educational research. Jessica then transitioned to teaching at Orange County Public Schools, where they skillfully managed classrooms and developed creative lessons. After that, they joined Mercy Diagnostics Inc, initially as an Accounts Receivable Manager and later promoted to Billing Manager. In these roles, Jessica successfully managed business operations and implemented process improvements. Currently, they are working at DreamBox Learning, where they hold multiple roles including DreamBox Reading Support Lead and DreamBox Learning Literacy Support Lead.

Jessica Pacchione earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from East Carolina University between 2004 and 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Reading Education at the College of Education at East Carolina University from 2008 to 2009.
