Maren Montgomery

Maren Montgomery has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Maren began their career as the Employee Services & Benefits Manager at Coinstar (now known as Outerwall) in 1994, where they stayed for a decade. In 2004, they transitioned to the role of Sr Director Human Resources at Outerwall, responsible for overseeing various divisions of consumer brands across different countries. Maren then joined Filson in 2017 as the HR Director, leading the HR, facilities, and payroll functions. Later that year, they moved to Genoa Healthcare as the HR Director, where they managed HR Business Partner & HR Operations functions, leading a team responsible for employee relations, compliance, M&A integration, people analytics, and building management capabilities.
