Melissa Fast has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Melissa currently works as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at DreamBox Learning, a position they have held since May 2022. Melissa's earliest professional role was as an Assistant Director of Testing Services at the University of Kansas from 1998 to 2002. In this position, they supervised employees within Testing Services, managed the administration and scoring of psychological tests, and maintained correspondence with national agencies.

Throughout their career, Melissa has consistently demonstrated a passion for mathematics education and has actively sought opportunities to enhance their instructional effectiveness and stay abreast of current developments in the field.

Melissa Fast has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Counseling Psychology, which they obtained from The University of Kansas from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at Bethel College-North Newton from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, Melissa has obtained a certification as a Teacher of Mathematics from the Kansas State Department of Education in January 2020.
