Natacha Fortis, M.Ed has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of education and customer success. Natacha is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Vivi. Prior to this, they held roles at DreamBox Learning, where they served as a Sr. CS Manager, Team Lead and a Senior Client Experience Manager.

Natacha also has experience in academia, having worked as an Adjunct English Professor at Red Rocks Community College. Natacha started their career in education as a Secondary Language Arts Instructor, Title One Reading Specialist, and Site Coordinator at HOPE Online Learning Academy Co-Op.

Natacha Fortis, M.Ed has a strong educational background in teaching and English language instruction. Natacha earned their Master of Education (MEd) degree from Jones International University between 2009 and 2011, with a specialization in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Secondary Education-English at Metro State University from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Art History from the University of Colorado Denver, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004.

In addition to their academic achievements, Natacha Fortis has also obtained certifications in customer success. Natacha has completed the Level 2 Customer Success Advanced program at Growth Molecules™ in November 2022, as well as the Level 1 Customer Success Foundations program at Growth Molecules™, LLC in May 2022.
