Rachael Halley

Rachael Halley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple fields. Rachael is currently employed at DreamBox Learning as a Strategic Account Executive, where they manage and develops relationships with key accounts. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Executive and a Business Development Representative at the same company.

Before joining DreamBox Learning, Rachael worked as a Virtual Pod Instructor at Virtual Instructor. In this role, they supervised students going through Virtual Academy, coordinated academic and recreational activities, and maintained communication with teachers and parents.

Rachael also has experience in education. Rachael served as a 4th Grade Teacher at Wake County Public School System, where they were responsible for the academic, social, and emotional wellbeing of their students. Rachael was selected to attend the "Leader In Me" Covey Symposium conference based on their passion for leadership.

Additionally, Rachael has worked at Camp Kanata-YMCA in various roles. Rachael served as YMCA Administration Staff and Social Media Coordinator, where they updated the camp's blog and managed social media platforms. Rachael also worked as a YMCA Counselor, progressing from Counselor in Leadership Training to a Camp Counselor. In this role, they ensured the safety and enjoyment of campers.

Rachael's early work experience includes a student internship at SAS in the Education Practice division and serving as a YMCA After School Counselor at West Lake Elementary School.

Rachael Halley obtained their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Mathematics from Appalachian State University. Rachael completed their degree from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Rachael has obtained several certifications related to various fields, such as Inside Sales, The Science of Sales, SAS Programming, SAS Visual Analytics, Agile Foundations, Agile Instructional Design, Agile Project Management, Agile at Work, Become an Agile Project Manager, Elearning Tips, Instructional Design Essentials, Instructional Design for Adult Learners, Instructional Design for Video Training, Instructional Design for Needs Analysis, and Instructional Design for Storyboarding. These certifications were earned from different institutions like LinkedIn and SAS, with the most recent certification obtained in January 2021.
