Ray M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, Ray served as an Account Manager at DreamBox Learning, where they managed accounts both in the US and internationally. Prior to this, Ray worked as a Regional Volume Account Executive at the same company. Before joining DreamBox Learning, Ray held the role of Business Development Representative at a company called ECA, where they collaborated with national partners to develop strong business pipelines. Ray also worked as a Commercial Sales Account Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant at ECA, where they maintained relationships with Far East suppliers and led global market expansion efforts. In addition, Ray co-founded a company called Nuvonivo, where they were responsible for business development operations, strategic marketing, and procurement. Earlier in their career, Ray gained experience as an Admissions Intern and Prospective Student Tour Guide at Seton Hall University, and as a United Nations Association (UNA) Member Liaison at the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA).

Ray M. began their education at Cardinal Gibbons High School, where they obtained their High School degree from 2001 to 2005. Ray then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Diplomacy & International Relations at Seton Hall University from 2005 to 2009.

In 2007, Ray M. participated in a Summer Study Abroad program at the American University in Dubai, focusing on International Business and Cultural Immersion. Additionally, in 2004, they also took part in a Summer Study Abroad program at the American University of Beirut, specifically in the Alumni Association of North America (AANA).

Throughout their career, Ray M. has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include "Managing Your Sales Territory" from LinkedIn in December 2021, "GMI Certified Mentor" from the Global Mentorship Initiative in December 2020, "Public Speaking Mastery I" from Dale Carnegie Training in March 2011, and "Effective Negotiating®" from KARRASS® Effective Negotiating in November 2010.
