Nico Blier-Silvestri

Nico Blier-Silvestri is the Head of People & Culture at Dreamcraft Ventures. Prior to this, they were the Director of Talent Attraction Europe at Trustpilot from December 2012 to January 2015. In this role, they managed all recruitment for Copenhagen and London, and was responsible for the implementation of a new ATS system. Nico also helped align and reorganize the recruitment processes across the different offices and departments.

Blier-Silvestri has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Nico is a strategic thinker with a strong track record of designing and implementing successful recruitment strategies. Nico is also skilled in employer branding and LinkedIn recruitment.

Nico Blier-Silvestri studied economics at St Joseph Reims before attending NEOMA Business School.

Nico Blier-Silvestri reports to Christian Rasmussen, Founding Partner. They work with and Kenneth Dambo - Investment Manager.
