Samuel Malpiedi

Samuel Malpiedi is a Business Development Representative at Dreamdata. Prior to joining Dreamdata, Samuel was a Front Desk Supervisor at Scandic Hotels from April 2016 to September 2020. In this role, Samuel was responsible for organizing and instructing daily operations, ensuring efficient, friendly and professional service standards, and scheduling around 18 employees. Samuel also handled all commissions to agents, responded to all Tripadvisor reviews, and identified possible improvements of product (both physical and service). Prior to Scandic Hotels, Samuel was a Front Desk Receptionist at Fitness World from August 2015 to October 2016.

Samuel Malpiedi has an AP Degree in Marketing & Management from the Copenhagen Business Academy. Samuel also has a Ny mesterlære Receptionist certification from Hotel- og Restaurantskolen Valby. In addition, they have an IB from the International Baccalaureate and a certification from Google Cloud Education in BigQuery Basics for Data Analysts.
