Nicole Hartwig Landau has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Nicole currently serves as the Head of Community at Dreamers & Doers®, where they support a vibrant community of extraordinary women entrepreneurs and leaders through relationship-building, programming, and events. In addition, Nicole is an Adjunct Professor at Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they teach a course on Senior Project: Capstone for graduating seniors in the Strategic Design and Management program.
Previously, Nicole founded two successful companies. Nicole started CAPRI Financial, a female-focused financial education company that served thousands of women and partnered with mission-aligned organizations such as Girls Who Code and Nicole'sCampus. Prior to that, they founded Hartwig Strategic LLC, a boutique consultancy that provided design thinking, strategic planning, and brand strategy support to business owners across various industries, including fashion, venture capital, entrepreneurship communities, and startup accelerators.
