Dax Casillas

Dax Casillas has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Dax most recently served as the Chief of Staff at Dreamers VC since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Food and Beverage at HEI Hotels & Resorts from September 2016 to December 2018. Before that, they held the position of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from July 2015 to September 2016. Dax also worked as a Dining Room Manager at Innovative Dining Group from June 2013 to July 2015, and as a Restaurant General Manager at Kaos Management from August 2004 to May 2013. Dax began their career as a Personal Assistant at Jackson Family from July 2008 to August 2010.

Dax Casillas attended Glendale Community College from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Communication, General. They did not obtain a degree during this period. In addition to their college education, Dax Casillas obtained two certifications: ServSafe Food Handler in June 2016 and ServSafe Manager in January 2017, both from ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor.
