Kevin Bailey has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. In 2005, they started their career as an Analyst at CRA International, where they consulted on intellectual property strategy and litigation engagements in multiple industries. Kevin then became an Associate in 2006, continuing their work in intellectual property consulting.

In 2007, Kevin co-founded Relevance, a content promotion news and insights company. As President and Co-founder, they grew the business from $1.3 million ARR in 2009 to $10.9 million ARR in 2011. Kevin also served as an Enterprise Account Executive, successfully closing significant deals and maintaining a high close rate.

Kevin joined Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2015 as an Adjunct Professor of Digital Marketing. Kevin taught students about various aspects of digital marketing during their tenure.

In 2016, Kevin sold their portion of Relevance and founded Dreamfuel, a mental performance platform for winning teams and individuals. As CEO and Co-Founder, they were responsible for growing the company and meeting the demands of stakeholders and investors.

In 2017, Kevin became the Co-founder and CMO of Powderkeg, where they worked with a team to develop a solution for connecting tech companies with qualified new team members. Kevin also served as an Adviser for the company.

Starting in 2019, Kevin took on additional roles as the Host and Meditation Coach for Meditation Mondays, providing guidance and coaching in meditation practices.

Kevin Bailey obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 2000 and 2004. Kevin then pursued their education at King's College London, where they completed a PG Cert in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health from 2020 to 2022. Subsequently, Kevin enrolled in a Master's program in Applied Neuroscience at King's College London, which they are expected to complete between 2020 and 2023.
