John Whatley

John Whatley has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. John started their career as an Executive Producer/Maroon Tiger Television at Morehouse College from September 2011 to May 2014. John then became the CEO of Knowledge Share Solutions (Gnomer App), a tutoring application, where they managed fundraising activities and acquired over 600 potential users through social media profiles and outreach.

In 2015, John joined First Step Consulting as a Tech Management Consultant, reporting directly to Mary Kane, PhD. John was responsible for case study preparation, communication with high-profile clients, and data analysis.

During the same year, they also worked as a Project Manager at Millennial Properties, LLC. John assisted senior project developers in managing a diverse portfolio and evaluating distressed properties and land lots for profitable acquisitions. John also maintained communication and regulations with the AHA Housing Choice Voucher program.

In 2016, John took on the role of CEO/Business Development and Brand at DreamHouse Co-living. John played a key role in the company's operations and brand development.

In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of DreamVentures, the private equity firm arm of DreamHouse. In this role, they created a platform for community fundraising and investment, allowing members to have a voice and ownership in upcoming projects.

Most recently, in 2020, John became the President (US Market) at SNAPIO.io.
