Rafi Rainshtein

Rafi Rainshtein is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in research and development management. Currently, Rafi serves as Co-Founder and VP R&D at Dreamhub since April 2024. Prior to this, Rafi held the role of Vice President of R&D and General Manager at CB4, part of Gap Inc., from September 2019 to March 2024. Rafi's earlier experience includes positions as Vice President of R&D and DevOps at SysAid Technologies Ltd. from February 2016 to August 2019, where oversight was given to a team of 40 professionals, and R&D Director at Perion, where a Mobile Ad-Network was built from the ground up. Additionally, Rafi managed the Client Applications Group at AT&T from January 2005 to February 2013, focusing on enterprise software development. Rafi earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Math from Tel Aviv University between 1996 and 1999.
