Patrick George Quantson

Patrick George Quantson has extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Patrick George is currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at DreamOval Ltd., where they lead the transformation of the company into the preferred enabler of digital transactions on the continent by 2025. In this role, they are responsible for managing people, culture, and investor relations.

Prior to joining DreamOval Ltd., Patrick worked at Stanbic Bank Ghana, where they held various leadership positions. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Head of Technology & Operations, overseeing the bank's technological and operational functions. Before that, they were the Head of Digital Transformation from 2016 to 2021, where they defined the vision, strategy, and objectives for all digital platforms and technologies within the bank. Patrick George also served as the Head of Emerging Payments from 2016 to 2018.

Earlier in their career, Patrick worked at CAL Bank Limited as an Assistant Manager of Project Management & E-Biz, as well as an Operations Officer for eCommerce & Business Development.

Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated strong leadership abilities and a focus on driving digital innovation within the banking industry.

Patrick George Quantson obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ashesi University. Patrick George attended Ashesi University from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a SAFe For Teams Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2019.
