Shelly Dickinson, Chartered MCIPD, has extensive experience in HR and people management roles. Shelly most recently worked as the Head of People at Dreams since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of People at McColl's Retail Group from 2020 to 2022, where they developed and implemented the strategic people plan for a large workforce.

Before joining McColl's, Shelly worked at Tesco for many years.
