Melissa Diette

Melissa Diette has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Melissa started their career as a Flight Attendant at Trans States Airlines and later worked as a Content & Marketing Manager at Campopoly.com. Melissa then moved on to become a Guest Services Supervisor at RAVELLA, a Dolce Hotel & Resort, where they were responsible for scheduling and ensuring high levels of customer service. Melissa then joined MGM Resorts International as an Assistant Front Desk Manager, overseeing operational functions and guest service delivery for a large hotel. Melissa further gained experience as a Hotel Operations Manager at SLS Las Vegas and as Director Of Front Office at The Westin Las Vegas Hotel, Casino & Spa. In 2019, they became an Assistant General Manager at Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village before holding the role of General Manager at SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Convention Center. Their most recent position is as the Director of Resort Operations at Dreamscape Companies since 2023.

Melissa Diette has studied Psychology at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and Photojournalism at Western Kentucky University.
