Sai Naga Sri Harsha Ch has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Sai Naga Sri Harsha is currently working at DreamVu Inc. as the Director of Opto Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at L V Prasad Eye Institute, starting as an Assistant Engineer in the Innovation Center from December 2014 to January 2017. Sai Naga Sri Harsha then progressed to become a Senior R&D Engineer and later an Associate Product Manager, where they led product development activities and designed eye diagnosis devices. From April 2013 to December 2014, Sai worked at C-DAC as a Project Engineer-1, establishing a facility for designing electronic enclosures. Sai Naga Sri Harsha also gained valuable experience as a Project Intern at CSIR Centre for Mathematical Modelling and Computer Simulation (C-MMACS) from July 2012 to May 2013. Sai completed their M.Tech in CAD/CAM from Vellore Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2013.

Sai Naga Sri Harsha Ch has an extensive education history, beginning with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering, which was completed between 2006 and 2010. Sai Naga Sri Harsha then pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in CAD/CAM from Vellore Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Later, they undertook a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanics and Design at the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, starting in 2018 and currently ongoing.
