Luisa Gerats-Oeser is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Drees & Sommer, responsible for active sourcing in the DACH region since September 2018. Luisa has progressed through various roles in the organization, including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on recruiting professionals in project management, smart infrastructure, user experience, integrated design, engineering consulting, construction management, and real estate consulting. Prior to Drees & Sommer, Luisa gained experience at SOLUTION Executive Search GmbH and worked as a working student at Allgaier-Group. Luisa holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Tourism Management from Nürtingen-Geislingen University.
