Kimberley Dilley

Kimberley Dilley has had a diverse range of roles and experiences within the medical and pharmaceutical fields. Kimberley is currently serving as the Senior Director of Clinical Research at Dren Bio, Inc., a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Clinical Development (MD) at Nektar Therapeutics from September 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Nektar Therapeutics, Dilley served as a Clinical Trial Physician at Bristol Myers Squibb from September 2020 to September 2021. Kimberley gained significant experience in the industry during their time at AbbVie, where they worked as an Associate Medical Director in Oncology Development from September 2016 to September 2020. During their time at AbbVie, they completed a two-year program in various aspects of the industry, including pharmacovigilance, benefit-risk analysis, and global regulatory strategy.

Prior to their career in the pharmaceutical industry, Dilley worked as a pediatrician at the Advocate Medical Group from February 2014 to September 2016. Kimberley also served as the Director of Community and Advocacy at Advocate Children's Hospital - Oak Lawn during the same period.

Dilley's extensive career in academia began in 2004 when they joined the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago as an Assistant Professor. During their time there, they specialized in pediatric oncology and ran the long-term cancer survivor program. Their responsibilities included team supervision, direct patient care, education for trainees and attending physicians on the late effects of cancer therapy, and leading a clinical research agenda in survivorship research.

Kimberley Dilley has a strong education background in the field of healthcare and science. Kimberley obtained their MD and MPH degrees from Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Immunology from Washington University in St. Louis from 1993 to 1995. Kimberley's undergraduate education was in Biochemistry, which they pursued at Michigan State University from 1990 to 1993, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree. Their educational journey started at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy from 1987 to 1990, where they completed their high school education.
