Atje Smit-van Kooten

Atje Smit-van Kooten is an experienced HR advisor currently working at Drenthe College since September 2020 and serving as the owner of Palmera Penthouse, a vacation rental in Villamartín on the Costa Blanca, since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Atje held various positions in human resources, including Policy Officer for P&O at Promes stichting voor boeiend onderwijs from August 2007 to August 2020, where responsibilities encompassed HR policy development, staffing plans, and employee well-being.
