Meg Leoni Kilgore

Meg Leoni Kilgore has extensive experience in the retail industry, with a focus on sales and management roles. Meg started their career at Cuppy's Coffee & More as a barista in 2007. In 2010, they joined DressU Boutique, where they worked as a buyer, store manager, and model until 2012. Meg then joined The Limited as a seasonal sales associate, where they provided excellent customer service and assisted with various store duties. In 2013, Meg joined Dress Up Corporation as a part-time sales associate before progressing to assistant store manager, store manager, regional manager, and currently as the sales director. In their current role, they lead 17 teams, oversees store operations, and conducts training to enhance the customer experience and increase brand loyalty. Meg's experience also includes managing multiple locations, driving sales growth, and assisting with recruiting and onboarding.

Meg Leoni Kilgore earned a Bachelor of Applied Textiles degree in Fashion Merchandising and Business from Southern Polytechnic State University. Meg attended the university from 2012 to 2015.
