Ben Brantley's work experience includes a range of roles in quality assurance, engineering, and procurement. Ben began their career as an Operations Manager at Blue Moon Cinemas from 2002 to 2008. Ben then worked as a Client Relations Intern at Andrews Kurth LLP in 2010, followed by a role in Legal Recruitment at Providus Legal Group in 2011. In 2012, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Newman Regency Group. From 2014 to 2015, Ben worked at National Oilwell Varco, where they held several positions, including Mechanical Engineer, Installation Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Quality Assurance Manager. In 2019, they joined VAM USA as a Quality Assurance Engineer, and in 2021, they moved to Dresser Utility Solutions, where they currently hold the position of Electronics Procurement and Sourcing Lead.

Ben Brantley obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Diego, graduating in 2013. Prior to attending the University of San Diego, Ben Brantley briefly attended DePaul University in 2008 to study Business Administration and Management, but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, Ben Brantley has received certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid from the National Safety Council in February 2020, as well as becoming a Certified Quality Management System Lead Auditor by Exemplar Global, Inc. in 2017. Furthermore, they obtained the Engineer-in-Training certification from NCEES in 2013.
