Patrick Hays

Patrick Hays has over 20 years of work experience in various legal and compliance roles. Patrick currently works at Dresser Utility Solutions as the Global Compliance Director, where they oversee all aspects of corporate compliance. Prior to this, they served as Senior Counsel & Director of Global Compliance at Frank's International/Expro. Patrick has also held positions at Diamond Offshore, National Oilwell Varco, The Shaw Group, Global Industries, Honeywell, and the City of Houston, City Attorney's Office. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in areas such as policies and procedures, internal controls, anti-corruption, trade law, conflicts of interest, and whistleblower management.

Patrick Hays has a Juris Doctor degree from Texas A&M University School of Law, obtained in 1999. Prior to that, they completed their MA in English (Technical Writing) from the University of North Texas in 1992. Patrick also holds a BS in Journalism from Texas A&M University, completed in 1990.
