Larry Burstein

Larry Burstein has been the Chairman and President of Unity Venture Capital Associates Ltd., since March 1996.

Mr. Burstein served a diverse group of organizations, including: President of Academic Computer Systems Inc.; President of Trinity Capital Corporation; President and Treasurer of Unity First Acquisition Corporation; Chairman of American Telecom Services Inc.; Director of Millennium India Acquisition Company Inc.; Director of CAS Medical Systems Inc.; Independent Director of ID Systems Inc.; Director of Uhf Incorporated; Director of Unity Venture Capital Associates Ltd., UCSI Inc., Brazil Fast Food Corp. and Trinity Capital Corporation; Director of Trinity Partners Acquistion Co. Inc.; Director of Medical Nutrition USA Inc.; Director of Academic Computer Systems Inc. and Unity First Acquisition Corporation, a publicly-held acquisition vehicle.

Mr. Burstein received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Concordia University of Wisconsin and an L.L.B. from Columbia Law School.
