Stephen J. Graham

Stephen Graham has represented employers, insurers and third-party administrators in the defense of workers' compensation claims throughout Georgia since 2006.

He has particular experience litigating cases for clients in the retail, warehouse, food service, aerospace and manufacturing industries and has a strong background dealing with the unique challenges facing professional employer organizations.

Stephen has taken and defended hundreds of depositions including those of physicians, vocational experts and fact witnesses. He has also mediated over 100 cases to successful resolution. He works to resolve workers' compensation claims quickly and efficiently, counseling clients from the early stages of claim investigation through the appeals process.

He has tried a number of cases before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and has argued before the State Board of Workers' Compensation Appellate Division and Georgia Superior Courts.
