James Nardozzi

James Nardozzi has a strong and varied work experience history. James served as the Vice President of Global Business Services at Drew Marine, where they focused on process improvement and financial analysis for the maritime industry. Prior to that, they held the role of Interim CEO at Waterbury Development Corporation. James also has experience as Assistant Chief in the City of Bridgeport, Dean of the School of Arts & Sciences at Post University, and Deputy Chief in the City of Waterbury.

James Nardozzi earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Northeastern University in 1989. James then pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of New Haven in 1991. Later, in 2003, they obtained a Doctorate in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University. In 2001, they completed a course at the FBI Academy in the NA 206th Session. Additionally, in 2021, they obtained a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci.
