Don Liberati

Born in 1963, Don Liberati has worked in the business world for over two decades. Don began their career with AMC Theatres in 1991, eventually becoming the company's youngest director of operations. In this role, they oversaw a portfolio of 33 theatres and $250M in revenue. In 2012, they left AMC Theatres to join Innovative Schools as their Senior Director of Operations. At Innovative Schools, they were responsible for the support services division, including managing internal and external relationships, client management, project management, administration (IT, reporting, facilities), and human capital (recruiting, training, mentoring, career progression). Don left Innovative Schools in 2014 to join Drexel University as their AVP of Business Services.

Don Liberati has a Master's Degree in Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Organizational Dynamics from Immaculata University.
