Isha Singh

Peer Counselor at Drexel University

Isha Singh is a dedicated student and emerging professional currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biology at Drexel University. Since August 2023, Isha has served as a Peer Counselor at Drexel University, providing empathetic support to fellow students and promoting mental health awareness. In addition, Isha works as an Emergency Medical Technician for the Collingdale Volunteer Fire Company No 1, offering emergency care to the local community. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Isha investigates the relationship between TRA2A and TRA2B genes under mentorship. Previously, Isha participated in the STAR program at Drexel University College of Medicine, conducting 350 hours of research on the Hepatitis B protein HBx and its mitochondrial effects, while employing advanced laboratory techniques.
