Brea Sisler has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Brea began their career at Ulta Cosmetics and Salon in 1997, where they quickly advanced to the position of Assistant Manager. Brea then joined King Soopers in 2000 as a Head Clerk, overseeing a large team and managing financial responsibilities. In 2002, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Beauty Brands, where they demonstrated strong organizational skills and maintained positive relationships with staff and clients.

In 2004, Sisler joined AmerisourceBergen, starting as a Lead/Representative in Customer CARE and progressing to roles as Supervisor, Manager, and eventually Director of Customer CARE. In these positions, they gained expertise in customer support, employee supervision, and team management.

In 2014, Sisler transitioned to Anthem, Inc. as a Director of Individual and Small Group Member Experience. Brea was responsible for managing a wide range of business lines, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring positive member relations. Brea later became the Director of National Accounts Member Experience, overseeing customer experience for national accounts.

From 2021 to 2022, Sisler served as the Senior Director of Operations at Intrado, where they contributed their operational expertise to the organization.

Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success at DrFirst, Inc. where they utilize their vast experience to drive customer success initiatives.

Brea Sisler attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2019 to 2021, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Front Range Community College for General Studies.
