Carolyn Duffield

Carolyn Duffield has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carolyn currently works at DrFirst, Inc. as the Sr. Director of Customer Transformation, where they focus on creating value and operational excellence in strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Carolyn was the Strategic Account Director at DrFirst, responsible for working with partners to improve communication and collaboration in medication management.

Carolyn also worked at Ayasdi as the Director of Business Development - Healthcare, where they built and managed new channel partnerships to expand the company's AI strategy in the healthcare industry. At ZirMed (now Waystar), they served as the Channel Manager for Population Health Data Analytics, responsible for market analysis, client relationships, and strategic partner management in revenue cycle management.

Before their roles in the healthcare industry, Carolyn worked at The University of Arizona, Eller College of Management in the MBA Program as an Assistant Director of Experiential Learning. Carolyn also has extensive experience at GE Healthcare, where they held various positions including Indirect Channel Sales Manager and Corporate, Academic, and Full-Line Accounts Sales Manager.

Carolyn Duffield completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Virginia Tech, from 1984 to 1988.
