Laura Marciano-Sawh

Laura Marciano-Sawh has extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Laura is currently the Vice President of Operations at DrFirst, where they lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to support company growth. Previously, Laura worked as the Vice President of Customer Service at Sweet, where they developed and executed an automation-first customer support strategy. Laura also held various roles at Vimeo, including Vice President of Customer Experience and Head of Customer Operations, where they provided strategic and tactical leadership for customer-facing teams and implemented productivity improvements. Laura has a background in live event operations and video content production, having worked as the Manager of Live Event Operations at NeuLion and the Islanders TV Producer for the New York Islanders. Overall, Laura's work experience demonstrates their expertise in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Laura Marciano-Sawh completed their Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Communications/ TV & Digital Film, Film Studies from the State University of New York at Fredonia between 2002 and 2006. In addition to their formal education, Laura has also obtained several certifications, including Six Sigma White Belt, Leveraging Generative AI for Project Management, Developing Executive Presence, Prioritizing Effectively as a Leader, Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience, Preventing Workplace Harassment, and New York State Notary Public certification.
