Cory Touard

Cory Touard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Siting & Permitting at DRG Technical Solutions, LLC since March 2022, Cory previously held the position of Engineering Supervisor at Pike Corporation from February 2016 to March 2022. Cory's career began at SCANA, where a role as Manager of Transmission Siting, Permitting & Surveying was held from February 2004 to January 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at GEL Engineering, LLC from September 1998 to January 2004, and military service as a Captain in the United States Army from May 1992 to August 1998. Educationally, Cory earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating in 1992.
