Joshua Soule has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Joshua began their career in 1999 as a Student Pilot at Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT). Joshua then worked for the United States Air Force in various roles, including Assistant Director of Operations/Chief Pilot, Director of Operations, Chief of Operations Group Stan/Eval, Chief of Mobility Operations, Chief of Squadron Stan/Eval, Air Mobility Command - Chief C-5 Standardizations and Evaluations, C-5 Chief, Operations Group Stan/Eval/Command Post DO/Flight CC/Asst Flight CC, and Squadron Exec/Pilot Scheduler/Instructor Pilot. In these positions, they oversaw operations, evaluations, policies, and standards for aircrews, as well as conducted flight evaluations and inspections. Since 2018, they have been working as a Pilot Instructor at Delaware Resource Group.
Joshua Soule has an extensive education history. Joshua obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1990 to 1997. Joshua then pursued further education and received Certified Instrument Flight Instructor, Multi-Engine, Airframe & Powerplant Mechanics licenses from the same university, completing the program from 1992 to 1997. Joshua Soule also earned a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from the United States Air Force - Air University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
