John Stuart is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at DRI since March 2022, Stuart leads efforts in developing solar and wind generation projects in the European Union. Prior to this role, Stuart was Managing Director at Low Carbon from September 2018 to February 2022, overseeing investments in large-scale renewable energy assets, and held the position of Head of Portfolio Management at the Green Investment Bank from October 2015 to September 2018. Earlier career highlights include serving as CEO of Concord Energy and Amity Energy Management, as well as CEO of the Macquarie International Infrastructure Fund and holding various senior management roles at ExxonMobil. Stuart holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Exeter.
