Scott Nemode has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Scott has held multiple positions as Chief Financial Officer, where they worked closely with founders and leadership teams to develop go-to-market strategies and led the conversion of companies from LLC to Delaware C-Corporations. At Zilius™, they issued 10M shares of common stock and secured early seed funding. At DRI | Downtown Restaurant Investments, they successfully obtained COVID relief funding and led the digital transformation of the restaurant group. As Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Comcast Spotlight, they managed a team and participated in leadership programs. Scott also has experience as a General Manager at Damar Enterprises, where they turned around the business and implemented operational excellence. Furthermore, they worked as a Business Analyst at Letica Corporation, Financial Analyst at Electronic Data Systems, and Staff Accountant at Morof, Sheplow, Weinstein PLC.
