Sascha Stoffelen

Sascha Stoffelen serves as the Directeur at Driestroom since January 2019, leading initiatives in work and housing support and overseeing the expertisecentrum, contributing to care quality and innovation within the management team. Previous roles include Hoofd expertisecentrum at Driestroom, where Sascha directed a team of healthcare professionals, and Trainer and (visual) facilitator for organizational change processes that emphasize participatory leadership. Prior experiences at Pluryn included programmiereerder focused on inclusive working methods, regional knowledge networks, and project management for individuals with disabilities. Sascha co-founded and managed Hét Bakkerscafé, an organic bakery and community hub, and formerly owned the highly regarded organic restaurant Divas. Educational qualifications include a Drs in Onderwijskunde from the University of Amsterdam and various specialized certifications in inclusive practices and facilitation.
