Over the past two decades, her leadership roles have spanned the global tech, digital media and advertising industries with extensive experience helping companies adopt modern organizational structures and evolve go-to-market teams for scale. In her prior role as CHRO of Avid Technology, she led the People and Places team as the organization launched a multi-year digital and cultural transformation. As an entrepreneur, she built an HR consulting business that delivered human capital solutions, enabling organizations to acquire, engage and develop the talent required to thrive and grow.
