Jezz Villanueva has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jezz started their career as a Housekeeper Intern at The Grand America Hotel in 2012. Jezz then went on to work at Sorrel River Ranch Resort & Spa as a Front Office Supervisor, where they supervised the front office team and ensured guest satisfaction. In 2016, Jezz joined Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa, initially as a Front Desk Agent and later as a Front Office Manager. In this role, they managed the front office team, trained personnel, and ensured efficient workflow. Jezz also had a brief stint as a Front Office Manager at the Brazilian Court Hotel in 2019. Currently, they are working at Driftwood Hospitality Management as the Director of Front Office Operations at Hilton Dallas/ Southlake Town Square, where they oversee the front office operations.

Jezz Villanueva completed a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from De La Salle University from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, Jezz attended St. Scholastica's College of Health Sciences and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. In addition to these degrees, Jezz also obtained additional certifications in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business in 2020 and CPR/AED and First Aid Combo Course from the American Academy of CPR and First Aid, Inc. in September 2021. Jezz also received a Certificate of Excellence from The Grand America Hotel in 2013.
