Niesha Guzman - Thomas

Niesha Guzman-Thomas has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Niesha started their career in 2005 as a Guest Services Manager at Holiday Inn, where they were responsible for managing the front desk, multitasking, reservations, rooms management, and directing. In 2008, they became the Night Manager at Holiday Inn Gulfport until 2010. From 2011 onwards, they worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™) as a Manager, where they handled strategic and tactical initiatives related to revenue maximization. In 2015, they joined Driftwood Hospitality Management as the Regional Director of Revenue Management. In 2018, they joined Pensacola Grand Hotel as the Night Auditor and Night Operations Manager, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they are working as a Franchise Owner at BrewRunr.

Niesha Guzman - Thomas obtained an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2008.
