Wade Percival

Wade Percival has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership positions. Wade'smost recent role was as the Human Resources Director at Dril-Quip. Prior to that, they served as the Senior HR Director for Well Services at C&J Energy Services from 2015 to 2020. Wade also worked as the HR Director for Completion and Production Services at Nabors Industries in 2014.

From 2003 to 2013, Wade held various senior director roles at Halliburton, including leading the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives for support functions and providing functional leadership in employee relations. Wade also served as the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Completion and Production Division, as well as the Eastern Hemisphere.

Before joining Halliburton, Wade worked as the Senior Manager of Human Resources for the Middle East Region at Landmark Graphics, a Halliburton Product Line. In this role, they provided HR leadership to the sales and services organization on a global scale.

Wade Percival holds a B.A. degree in Human Resources from Harding University.
