Ryan Brown

Ryan Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ryan is currently working as the Principal Product Manager at Drip since January 2022. Prior to that, they founded and managed Facsimile Coffee from December 2020 to November 2021. Ryan also founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cactus, a mindfulness app, from June 2019 to November 2021. Additionally, they founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kinecho, a legacy recording platform, from August 2018 to November 2021. Before these ventures, Ryan worked as the Lead Product Manager at Craftsy from May 2016 to August 2018, where they focused on product development and engagement strategies. Ryan also served as the Lead Digital Product Manager at Blue Bottle Coffee from April 2014 to April 2016, overseeing an evolving consumer product experience. Prior to that, Ryan held positions at Tonx, Inc. as the Digital Product Manager and Director of Coffee from July 2012 to April 2014. Ryan began their career at Ritual Coffee Roasters, where they served as the Director of Coffee from June 2005 to July 2010. Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated a passion for product management, digital innovation, and building successful businesses.

Ryan Brown attended Southern Oregon University in 2004, where they studied English Literature. Ryan then transferred to San Francisco State University in 2005 and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in English Literature. In September 2008, Ryan obtained a certification as a Q Arabica Grader from the Coffee Quality Institute.
