Dria Waldroup

Dria Waldroup has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, Dria worked at Waitr as a Social Media Manager, where they researched user experiences, managed social media accounts, and stimulated organic growth. They later took on the role of a Customer Success Manager at Waitr, where they handled customer and driver issues, evaluated monetary transactions, wrote policies and procedures, and managed a team of Customer Success Managers.

In 2019, Dria joined GophrApp as the Director of Communications, where they focused on creating policies, processes, and procedures for customer care and facilitated related trainings. They also played a role in product management during the early phases of app development.

In 2020, Dria interned at Rachel Pedersen | Social Media United and later joined ModSquad as a Project Manager. At ModSquad, they led a team of Mods, recruited and trained new team members, and ensured quality service delivery to clients.

In 2021, Dria became the Head of Community and Organic Growth at DripShop, where they developed and implemented marketing strategies, achieved significant growth in social media following, organized tradeshows, and managed a team.

Later in 2021, Dria took on the role of Manager of Audience Development at Chaotic Good Studios. In this role, they organized and executed a multilingual team, identified audience growth opportunities using data and research, and partnered with cross-functional teams to deliver digital ideas and oversee asset production.

Dria Waldroup attended LaGrange Senior High from 2007 to 2010, where they completed their high school education. Afterward, they enrolled at Northwestern State University from 2013 to 2017. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Computer Science.
