Lauren M. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Lauren started their career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Advocate Health Care in 2014, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined PEL/VIP as a DME Manager, overseeing their oxygen and respiratory equipment division in multiple states. At PEL/VIP, they managed the provision of oxygen and respiratory equipment to skilled nursing homes. Currently, Lauren M. is Regional Operations Manager at Dript IV Therapy, a hydration health company focused on preventing dehydration and improving clinical outcomes in nursing homes using IV Hydration & Vitamin Nutrient Therapy.

Lauren M. has a background in advanced respiratory care. Lauren attended the College of DuPage, where they studied to become an Advanced Respiratory Care Practitioner. After that, they enrolled in Western Governors University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business in Healthcare Management.
