Dalia Pena

Head of Customer Experience at Drishti

Dalia Pena is the current Head of Customer Experience at Drishti. Dalia has over 10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, including coordinating Lean initiatives at a Juarez Manufacturing site for two models of side by side recreational vehicles. In their previous role as a Lean Engineer at Flextronics, they were responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities through the Lean Manufacturing methodology to impact P&L results.

Dalia Pena attended the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juárez, where they studied sociology.

Their manager is Gary Jackson, CEO. They work with Dave Berg - Vice President of Product Strategy, Krishnendu Chaudhury - Co-Founder & CTO, and Srida Joisa - CFO & COO.
