Zhilin Xiao

Zhilin X. serves as the Deputy Director of Global Programs and Strategy Manager at Drive Agency since May 2023, focusing on transformative social impact. Additionally, Zhilin acts as a Young Global Leader Adviser for IKEA, providing insights on business and sustainability issues to the Ingka Board and Group Management. Previous roles include Strategy & Crisis Communication Officer and Delegate Team Lead at the International Committee of the Red Cross, where focus areas included climate and sustainability. Experience also includes an Impact Investment Fellowship at Wadhwani Catalyst Fund and involvement in environmental finance initiatives with the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative. As the founder of Change-Makers Network, Zhilin established a global citizens community emphasizing leadership and social entrepreneurship. Educational background features an MBA from the University of Oxford, a BBA from The University of Hong Kong, and additional studies at prestigious institutions including The Wharton School and Columbia University.
