Beth Potratz

Beth Potratz has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources. Beth began their career in 1989 as a Sr. HR Representative at Helene Curtis. In 1993, they moved to Rockwell Automation, where they served as HR Supervisor and then Manager HR Business Services. In 1998, they returned to Unilever as an HR Manager. In 2001, they founded Bryah HR Strategies, Inc. and served as President and CEO. That same year, they also became Vice President HR Development at Asparity Decision Solutions. In 2014, they founded Drive My Way and has served as Founder, President and CEO since then.

Beth Potratz obtained their High School Diploma from Gilmour Academy in 1986. Beth then went on to obtain their Bachelor's degree from Loyola University Chicago in Organization Communication in 1990. Finally, they obtained their Masters degree from Cleveland State University in HR and Labor Relations in 1998.
