Ben Neaves

Ben Neaves is currently the Chief Technical Specialist at Drive System Design, specializing in electrified development and test. Prior to this role, Ben worked at Jaguar Land Rover for over 16 years, holding various positions such as Powertrain Control Research Manager and Lead Calibrator for Diesel Hybrid Programs. With a strong background in automotive engineering, Ben also has experience in diesel engine development for aviation applications at Weslake Air Services. Ben holds an HND in Automotive Engineering from Swansea Institute and an Engineer's degree from Coventry University.
