Zach Angus has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 at Best Buy as a Solutions Specialist. During their time there, they worked up from cashier to customer service lead within one year and conducted various tasks for customer issues such as returns, exchanges, and warranty fulfillments. Zach also oversaw cashiers and customer service. In 2011, they moved on to Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Kitchen Manager, where they worked up from crew within four months and ensured inventory was managed correctly each week. In 2012, they joined Firehouse Subs as a District Operations Manager and General Manager, where they managed both locations while keeping the high standards, efficiency, and organization within policy guidelines. Zach also built long lasting relationships with a multitude of customers, vendors, and distributors. In 2017, they took on the roles of Store Manager and Assistant Manager at Walgreens, where they managed full operations of the store from front end and pharmacy operations. Zach balanced sales, reconciled cash and made bank deposits to facilitate opening and closing duties, delivered excellent customer service and adhered to standard practices to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage. Finally, in 2022, they joined DriveCentric as a CSM.

Zach Angus attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). In 2021, they obtained a CPR & AED certification from Cardio Partners and a Technician Immunizer certification from the American Pharmacists Association (APhA-ASP) Midwestern University CPDG.
