Cscs Frank Minamino

Frank Minamino, CSCS has a diverse work experience in the field of strength and conditioning. Frank is currently serving as the Pacific Rim Director at Driveline Baseball Enterprises, Inc since May 2022. Before that, they held the positions of Japanese Business Lead / High Performance Academy Coordinator / High Performance Trainer at the same company from November 2020 to May 2022.

In 2020, Frank also worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Harvard University from June to August. Prior to that, they were a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Cressey Sports Performance from August to December 2019.

Frank started their career as an Undergraduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Trinity University from January to May 2019. Frank also served as the Head Baseball Coach at American Legion Post 270 from June to September 2017.

Frank Minamino, CSCS, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from Trinity University between 2015 and 2019. In addition to their degree, they have acquired the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in February 2020. Furthermore, Frank Minamino also holds an American Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate with additional specialties, which they obtained from the American Red Cross in May 2019.
