Prior to that, they worked at Blizzard Entertainment as the Senior Director of Business Operations from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, Worth worked at Wizards of the Coast for a significant portion of their career, holding various roles such as Executive Producer, Studio GM, Senior Brand Manager, and Game Designer/Developer. Worth was responsible for strategic vision, contract negotiation, financial modeling, and identifying new business opportunities.
